Who processes your data

KLINKOR SYSTEMS is the controller of personal data received through this website and business enquiries. Our identification and contact details appear below. This notice concerns our website; processing for a client project is governed by the relevant contract and, where applicable, a data-processing agreement.

Applicable framework

This policy is framed by Republic of Moldova Law No. 195/2024 on personal data protection, effective from 23 August 2026. Where another mandatory privacy regime applies to a particular activity, including the EU GDPR within its territorial scope, it also applies.

Information and sources

You provide your name, email, selected service, message and, optionally, company name. We receive subsequent correspondence and any information you choose to include. Website requests disclose technical information such as IP address, browser, requested URL and time to infrastructure providers. With analytics consent, Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics measure site usage. Google reCAPTCHA processes technical and interaction information when you submit the form. Please do not send passwords, identification documents, sensitive personal data or confidential client datasets through the enquiry form.

Purposes and legal bases

We handle requests and prepare proposals to take steps towards a contract at your request. For a business representative or a general enquiry, our legitimate interest is communicating with you and managing the business relationship. Security, abuse prevention and necessary technical logs serve our legitimate interest in protecting the website and correspondence. Legal recordkeeping relies on applicable legal obligations. Optional analytics and optional preference storage rely on consent. An enquiry does not subscribe you to advertising.

Recipients and international processing

Relevant staff, hosting and email providers receive the information needed to handle your enquiry. Google receives reCAPTCHA data and, with consent, analytics data; Vercel receives analytics events with consent. External icons may be loaded from Google or the linked provider, which receives ordinary connection information. Calendly and LinkedIn are external destinations used only if you follow their links. Providers may process information outside Moldova, including in the United States. Transfers must have a lawful basis under Moldovan transfer rules, such as an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards; consent to cookies is not a substitute for those safeguards. Contact us for the providers, locations and safeguards relevant to your data, and how to obtain a copy. We may disclose information where lawfully required by authorities.

Retention and security

Enquiries are retained while needed to answer, follow up and document the relevant business relationship. If a contract results, contractual records follow the applicable contract, accounting and legal-claim requirements. Security records are kept for the period needed to investigate and prevent abuse. Data no longer needed for these purposes should be deleted or anonymised; a legal obligation or a specific dispute may require longer retention. Browser-storage periods are described in the Cookie Policy. We use access restrictions and appropriate technical measures; no internet transmission is risk-free.

Your choices and rights

Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent as easily as you gave it, without affecting earlier lawful processing. Use Privacy Preferences for browser choices or email us for other requests. We normally respond within one month; if legally justified, this may be extended by two further months, with reasons communicated during the first month. We may request proportionate identity verification. Requests are normally free. You can complain to CNPDCP and seek a judicial remedy. Required form fields are necessary to handle an online enquiry; company name is optional. You can instead contact us by email. The website does not use your enquiry to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means. reCAPTCHA may block a suspected automated submission; email remains available.
